Friar ParkAugust 23: We took a 6 hour coach ride to Liverpool, with a stop outside George's home, Friar Park, in Henley-on-Thames. The house could not be seen, but the ornate gate house was impressive enough.

Once in Liverpool, we were to hear a Traveling Wilburys tribute at the Cavern Club. I, however, got confused and went to the Cavern Pub across the street. I heard a great Argentine Beatles band, and eventually realized I was in the wrong Cavern. Cavern ClubI got to the right one, heard a Lennon imitator, and then found the correct stage. But I missed the faux Wilburys. So I had a cider with some of my campadres, and went back to the hotel to sleep.
